Our Care Manager, Maddison, leads the patient team to deliver exceptional care and support. With eight years of experience as a medical receptionist and clinical administrator, Maddison will guide our care team in introducing our new EMR practice management system for an internal trial in November 2025.
She collaborates closely with our general manager, Michele, and the doctorate teams to develop our CDME software and patient membership program continuously.
